Proposed Legislation Would Repeal Public Act 312

A bill introduced by Representative Justin Amash (R-Kent Co.) would repeal all of Public Act 312. The proposed legislation (HB 5665) is one sentence long; "Enacting Section 1. 1969 P.A. 312, MCL 423.231 to 423.247, is repealed". The bill has been referred to the House Judiciary Committee of which Representative Amash is a member.
